DVSVC (Discover Views, Stays & Vacation Choices) publishes general information about Canadian destinations, neighbourhoods, and stay types at https://dvsvc.com. It does not operate hotels, arrange transport, or sell travel. Nothing on the site is an offer of a room.

If you reserve a stay, the contract is between you and the travel provider you choose. That provider’s cancellation rules, house rules, taxes, and deposits govern. DVSVC is not a party to that contract and cannot change it.

The guides describe places in good faith. Neighbourhood character, seasons, and airport geography can still be wrong or out of date. Roads close. Buildings change. Parks change rules after fires and storms. Check current official sources and the travel provider before you travel.

DVSVC does not list properties as bookable inventory and does not promise availability, suitability, or safety of any stay.

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it or present these pages as a live booking engine. You may share links. You may not copy the guides wholesale and republish them as your own product.

DVSVC is an informational guide. Travel bookings, missed connections, and stays arranged with other parties are outside this website. Where the law limits how far a website can exclude responsibility, that law applies. These terms do not add a guarantee that the law does not require.
